Recently, Liaoning Fuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. convened the 2026 Technical and Quality Improvement Conference, themed “Building the Enterprise on Quality, Empowering with Technology, and Jointly Pursuing Excellence.” The conference systematically reviewed and comprehensively analyzed all product quality incidents that occurred in 2025, thoroughly dissected their root causes, and drew key lessons and insights. With a focus on three strategic pillars—quality risk prevention and control, optimization of technology and processes, and enhancement of system capabilities—the conference established a fundamental shift from “post-event rectification” to “proactive prevention,” aiming to comprehensively elevate all employees’ awareness of quality responsibility and strengthen the company’s technical and quality management foundation.

Liu Aiguo, General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and delivered an important address. Also in attendance were Yu Guangyu, Deputy General Manager; Li Min, Chief Engineer; Xu Yuguang, Executive Deputy General Manager for Mechanical Processing; as well as the heads of all relevant business divisions. The meeting was chaired by Hong Yuexin, Head of the Quality Management Department.
"Building the Enterprise on Quality"
The meeting unequivocally stated that “building the enterprise on quality” has always been the fundamental principle for establishing a foothold in the market and achieving sustainable development. Through a systematic review of quality incidents in 2025, the company has come to a profound realization that frontline employees, as the direct creators and guardians of product quality, play a pivotal role: the strength of their quality awareness and the extent to which they adhere to operational standards directly impact the company’s brand reputation and market competitiveness. Quality incidents not only result in financial losses but also expose deep-seated problems in process control and behavioral compliance. All employees must draw lessons from these incidents, embed the philosophy that “quality is life” into every aspect of their daily work, and make it an inviolable bottom line for all actions.
“Technology Empowerment”
The meeting further emphasized that “technology empowerment” is the core driving force behind enterprises’ sustainable development and their ability to maintain a leading position in the industry. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition and rapid technological change, Fuan Heavy Industry will, in 2026, significantly increase its investment in the R&D of key technologies, actively promote process optimization and upgrading, and accelerate the renewal and replacement of high-precision intelligent equipment. By leveraging technological breakthroughs to boost production efficiency and optimize costs, the company will continuously strengthen its product performance advantages and its core competitive edge, thereby truly achieving dual empowerment of quality and profitability through technology.
“Building Excellence Together”
The meeting stated that “Building Excellence Together” is Fuan Heavy Industry’s unwavering strategic goal and vision for development. In 2026, the company will leverage quality enhancement and technological breakthroughs as its dual engines, driving the enterprise to new heights in both quality management and technological innovation through comprehensive internal mobilization, efficient resource integration, and a clear strategic roadmap. Only with the full participation of all employees and systematic collaboration can we truly achieve the transformation from “manufacturing” to “quality-driven manufacturing,” thereby jointly building a bright future for the company.

This Technical Quality Improvement Conference not only represents Fuan Heavy Industry’s thorough review of its quality management over the past year, but also marks a significant starting point for a new phase of quality transformation in the year ahead.
Through systematic post-mortems and reflective analysis, the company has continuously advanced the implementation of improvement initiatives and the refinement of its quality management system, gradually achieving a strategic shift from “reactive response” to “proactive prevention and control.” The theme of this conference fully underscores Fuan Heavy Industry’s unwavering commitment to building a multidimensional, deeply integrated “cost–quality–delivery” system by 2026, while also highlighting the company’s confidence and sense of responsibility in pursuing high-quality development.

During the meeting, Hong Yuexin, Head of the Quality Management Department, signed the new year’s Quality Objectives Responsibility Agreements (Quality Commandments) on behalf of the company with the quality management teams of each project. Representatives from each unit then delivered statements, further reinforcing their primary responsibility for quality.
Heads of the Company’s Technology R&D Department, Quality Management Department, Machining Company, Steel Casting Division, Finished Products Division, and other relevant units, along with personnel in process engineering and quality-related positions, attended the meeting.
