From August 31 to September 4, Wang Yong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, led a delegation to Liaoning to conduct a democratic oversight inspection focused on upholding and implementing the “two unwavering commitments.” The delegation visited Shenyang, Anshan, Yingkou, Dalian, and other localities, touring enterprises and government service platforms. They engaged in in-depth exchanges with business representatives and grassroots officials, carefully listening to their insights and recommendations on the practical outcomes and challenges related to deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, fostering and strengthening the private sector, upgrading and transforming the industrial structure, and improving the business environment.
The inspection delegation stated that Liaoning has consistently kept in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions, anchored itself to the goal of achieving new breakthroughs in all-round revitalization, unswervingly upheld the “two unwavering commitments,” deepened state‑owned enterprise reform to enhance quality and efficiency, energetically empowered the development and growth of the private sector, fostered a favorable business environment, and promoted the complementary strengths and coordinated development of both the public and non‑public sectors. In doing so, it has effectively translated national strategic plans into vibrant practices of high‑quality development, thereby consolidating the industrial foundation and building strong momentum for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era.
At the production workshop of Fuan Shares, the company’s head, Liu Aiguo, provided a detailed briefing to the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference inspection delegation on the enterprise’s structural adjustments and its progress toward high-quality development. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with company executives and frontline technical personnel, hearing first-hand accounts of the company’s efforts in industrial upgrading, technological innovation, and market expansion.
