On January 16, 2026, Fuan Heavy Industry held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony as well as its 2026 Strategic Deployment Conference. All leading cadres and honored colleagues gathered to reflect on the past year’s efforts, recognize outstanding role models, and jointly map out a blueprint for future development—thus sounding the call to tackle key challenges in building a deeply integrated system that seamlessly aligns cost, quality, and delivery schedules across multiple dimensions!

Looking back on 2025, we see that hard work has forged glory and practical action has yielded abundant results. At the outset of the conference, a year-in-review video took all Fuan employees on a journey through the past year’s arduous efforts. From pioneering new frontiers in the market to achieving breakthroughs in technology; from steadfast dedication at the furnace to relentless problem-solving on the production line; from ensuring quality to maintaining safe, environmentally friendly, and stable operations; and from the unwavering commitment of every functional department to the fiery molten steel in every ladle—every step was driven by the passion and determination of Fuan’s people, and every cast component bears the indelible mark of their sense of responsibility. Diligent cultivation always yields harvest, and relentless progress paves the way for brilliance. During the meeting, the company announced the appointment documents for 2026, marking a new round of managerial reshuffling that will solidify the management foundation for the enterprise’s high-quality development.

Goals provide direction, and responsibility unites strength. Amid warm applause from the entire audience, the General Manager and the heads of eight departments—the Marketing Operations Department, the Cast Steel Business Unit, the Finished Products Business Unit, the Machining Workshop, the Quality Management Department, the Technology R&D Department, the Production Planning Department, and the Equipment and Energy Management Department—signed the 2026 Annual Target Responsibility Agreements one after another. Each leader pledged to keep the mission firmly in mind, assume full accountability, and lead their respective teams in tackling challenges through practical action and embarking on a new journey with unwavering determination, working in concert to ensure the successful achievement of all strategic objectives for 2026.

Dedication is rewarded, and time honors those who pursue their dreams. In 2025, Fuan Heavy Industry saw a wave of outstanding role models across all fronts—employees who are deeply committed to their jobs and have delivered remarkable results. The conference solemnly recognized and commended exemplary employees, top-performing teams, sales champions, and technological pioneers. Representatives from among the honorees took to the stage in turn: Zuo Kun from the Steel Casting Division, Wang Lei from the Finished Products Division, Fan Yewei, Boring Machine Team Leader at the Machining Company, Zhao Bin, Researcher in the R&D Department, and Lin Jinghao, Mechanical Testing Inspector in the Quality Management Department. With humble and heartfelt words, they shared their dedication and insights, embodying the Fuan spirit of down-to-earth perseverance and relentless striving, and striking a chord with the entire audience.

Liu Aiguo, the company’s General Manager, delivered a significant address, comprehensively reviewing the successes and shortcomings of 2025, conducting an in-depth analysis of industry development trends, and systematically outlining the strategic priorities for 2026. He emphasized that, in the face of a complex market environment and challenging growth objectives, the company will focus on building a deeply integrated “cost–quality–delivery” triad synergy system to drive high-quality, sustainable development:
1. Strategic Core Objectives: Guided by “innovation-driven” principles, we have established a deeply integrated tripartite synergy system encompassing cost, quality, and delivery timelines, thereby solidifying the foundation for the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.
2. Cost Control Objectives: Establish a cost management system characterized by “full-staff participation, end-to-end process coverage, and data-driven support” to achieve collaborative cost optimization across the entire value chain and unlock value through enhanced management and operational efficiency.
3. Quality Improvement Objectives: Upholding the philosophy of “Craftsmanship Forging Exceptional Insight,” we will strengthen supply-chain quality collaboration, refine the manufacturing quality assessment mechanism, build the “Fuan Quality” brand, and ensure that upstream and downstream partners jointly guarantee quality and share responsibility.
4. Delivery Time Assurance Goal: Guided by the principles of “rapid response and efficient fulfillment,” we break down departmental information silos, ensure seamless end-to-end order processing, achieve zero delivery delays, and meet customer satisfaction targets.
The successful convening of the conference has forged consensus and boosted morale. In the year ahead, all employees of Fuan will take the advanced as role models, stay focused on our goals, and pursue concrete results through hard work, thereby writing an even more brilliant new chapter in the vast landscape of our forging business!
