On October 15–16, 2025, a six-member delegation from Earth Technology Co., Ltd. of Japan (Earth Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Earth Technology”) and Kiyamoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. (Kiyamoto Iron Works Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Kiyamoto”) visited Fuan Heavy Industries for in-depth exchanges.
This visit marks the first implementation of the annual mutual-visits mechanism established in July of this year, injecting strong momentum into the deepening of cooperation. The geotechnology team was led by Executive Director Mitsuru Kamihara and included Junji Kashihara, Head of the Procurement Department; Shinichi Shimamaki, a member of the Production Planning Department; and Masashi Saito, Director of the Quality Assurance Department. The Kiyomoto team, on the other hand, comprised Mayu Furukawa, Section Chief of the Sales Department, and Ryota Shimokawa, Deputy General Manager of Dalian Kiyomoto Iron Works.

During this visit, the Earth Technology team conducted a comprehensive and in-depth on-site assessment of Fuan Heavy Industry, with a particular focus on key areas such as the current product portfolio, production capacity, manufacturing processes, and quality control capabilities. The objective is to lay a solid foundation for the full-scale deepening of future strategic cooperation between the two parties.
Fuan Heavy Industry has accorded this important visit the highest level of attention. The company’s General Manager, Liu Aiguo, Deputy General Manager Yu Guangyu, and heads of key functional departments—including Quality Management, R&D, Marketing, and Production—engaged in multiple rounds of highly productive and in-depth discussions with the visiting client delegation. The dialogue centered on two core issues: “reserving capacity” and “maintaining consistent quality,” both of which are critical to meeting the client’s technical requirements. Through these constructive exchanges, the parties not only reached consensus on key areas of collaboration but also jointly formulated a clear vision for cooperation extending through 2026.

Accompanied by Yu Guangyu, the company’s Deputy General Manager, the leadership of Earth Technology and Qingben Company visited various production sites, including the Mechanical Machining Company, the Steel Casting Division, and the Finished Products Division, as well as the nationally accredited physicochemical laboratory, conducting a comprehensive assessment of the company’s overall capabilities in product status, capacity deployment, production processes, and quality control.
During the visit, the Japanese delegation expressed high praise for Fuan Heavy Industry’s manufacturing capabilities and management standards. Following the on-site inspection, Mr. Kamihara, Executive Director of Earth Technology, stated that the field visit provided a more direct and comprehensive understanding of Fuan Heavy Industry’s core strengths in equipment capacity, process sophistication, and project management. He particularly commended the company’s relentless pursuit of excellence in meticulous detail management. The Japanese team further noted that Fuan Heavy Industry’s unwavering commitment to quality and its standardized management practices have strengthened their desire to deepen future collaboration, and they expressed their willingness to facilitate the implementation of additional product-manufacturing projects.
This exchange has significantly strengthened strategic mutual trust between the two sides and outlined a clear roadmap for long-term cooperation. Standing at a new starting point, both sides will uphold the principles of mutual trust, mutual learning, and joint development, work hand in hand, jointly create a broad landscape of win-win cooperation, and write a new chapter in the sustained and prosperous development of our respective endeavors.
