June 2025 marks the 24th National Safety Production Month. Adhering to the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us,” Fuan Heavy Industry has launched a comprehensive series of distinctive internal initiatives. In addition to routine activities such as safety knowledge competitions and hazard identification and remediation, a short-video solicitation campaign titled “Messages of Love” has officially gone live, leveraging warmth and creativity to inspire widespread participation and using “love” as a vehicle to convey the message of safety.
Safe production is not only the cornerstone of corporate development but also the safeguard of every employee’s family happiness. The “Messages of Love” short-video contest aims to build a bridge, enabling employees’ families and colleagues to convey their hopes for safety and their care for one another through heartfelt words captured on camera. Whether it’s parents’ concerned reminders, wives’ tender expressions of care, children’s innocent aspirations, or warm reminders from coworkers, these messages will serve as a powerful source of motivation for employees to uphold the safety bottom line in their work.
Since its launch on June 1, the campaign has received more than 80 submissions. The company will carefully select outstanding videos and photographs to produce short safety-awareness clips, which will be played on a rotating basis in workshops, cafeterias, and other areas. In addition, an online voting campaign will be conducted via the company’s official WeChat account to choose the “Most Heartwarming Message.” As Liu Aiguo, General Manager of Fuan Heavy Industry, put it: “Only when safety ceases to be merely a regulatory requirement and instead becomes the heartfelt expectation of our families can employees truly internalize a strong safety consciousness.”
