On March 1, Liaoning Fuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. convened a “Breakthrough” Promotion Meeting on Technical and Quality Work for 2025, summarizing the company’s technological breakthroughs and quality-control achievements in 2024, identifying shortcomings, conducting a precise diagnosis of weaknesses, and addressing gaps, while also outlining the core objectives and action plan for 2025. With the theme “Committing to Core Technological Innovation and Raising Quality-Control Standards,” the meeting galvanized all employees to unite their efforts and pool their strengths, thereby building momentum and empowering the company to achieve high-quality development.

The company’s General Manager, Liu Aiguo, along with senior leaders Yu Guangyu, Li Jing, Li Jian, Wu Di, Li Min, Li Fangzhi, Pan Changyi, and others, attended the meeting. A total of 70 representatives from the Technology R&D Department, the Quality Management Department, and key personnel from the production front line also participated.

The meeting noted that, In 2024, the company achieved outstanding results in technological innovation, with a 100% conversion rate of innovative outcomes and breakthrough progress in tackling key core technologies. At the same time, all quality indicators met or exceeded standards, the quality management system has been continuously refined, and the quality of products and services has steadily improved, earning widespread recognition from customers both domestically and internationally.

The meeting emphasized that, In the face of a challenging market environment, we must dare to innovate and break new ground, take bold responsibility, and maintain a clear-eyed understanding of development bottlenecks and weaknesses. We should relentlessly tackle key challenges in product materials, product design, and extending the industrial value chain. We must also have the courage to confront problems head-on and resolve them effectively—fully exposing quality issues throughout the production process, conducting thorough root-cause analysis, tracing back to the source of the problems, and implementing targeted, effective measures to address them once and for all. At the same time, we need to strengthen quality oversight, establish and refine a robust quality traceability system, raise quality-control standards, and ensure that every single product meets customer expectations. With clearly defined goals in sight, we must continue to make breakthroughs in critical core technologies and comprehensively enhance our capabilities in technological innovation and quality management. By combining unwavering determination with decisive action, we will create synergies between technological breakthroughs and rigorous quality control. Driven by a sense of urgency to “secure our competitive space” and a strong sense of mission to “safeguard the very foundation of the enterprise,” we will propel high-quality corporate development. At the meeting, representatives from the Technology R&D Department, Quality Management Department, Steel Casting Division, Finished Products Division, Machining Workshop, and other departments each made statements, pledging to implement technological innovation with a “dare to tackle tough challenges” spirit and to rigorously assume quality responsibility with a “it’s up to us” attitude.

At the meeting, Liu Aiguo, the company’s general manager, signed an authorization letter for the “Joint Process Discipline Inspection Team.”
