The company’s leadership team, heads of all departments, outstanding individuals in workplace safety, and relevant staff members gathered to discuss effective measures and build consensus around the theme of workplace safety.

In the opening segment of the meeting, a carefully curated video took us on a retrospective journey through the company’s 2024 safety production efforts. From the meticulous daily inspections to the tense yet well-organized safety drills, every frame captured the company’s relentless dedication and unwavering commitment to workplace safety. The video highlighted the unsung heroes who quietly safeguard safety in their everyday roles, underscoring the profound realization that ensuring workplace safety is the shared responsibility of every employee.
Chart the blueprint and clarify the direction for striving forward.
Qiu Zhijun, Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, conducted a comprehensive deployment for 2025’s work on production safety. Drawing on the company’s development strategy and actual production conditions, he outlined the objectives, tasks, and key initiatives for the coming year, emphasizing the need to further refine the safety management system, intensify safety training, and enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, thereby ensuring steady progress in production safety throughout the year.
Commend outstanding individuals and establish role models.
Safe production is inseparable from the efforts of every employee. Over the past year, a dedicated group has remained steadfast on the front lines of safety, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and professional commitment, and making outstanding contributions to the company’s safe-production initiatives. At this conference, the 2024 Advanced Individual Award for Safe Production was presented to exemplary employees from various departments. Company leaders personally conferred certificates of honor and awards upon each recipient, prompting enthusiastic applause from the audience. These individuals will continue to serve as role models and lead by example. All employees are encouraged to take them as inspiration, prioritizing safe production in their daily work and further strengthening the company’s safety culture.
Solidify Responsibilities and Jointly Build a Safety Defense Line
Safety in production is the responsibility of every individual. To further strengthen the implementation of safety responsibilities and clearly define the safety management objectives and tasks for each production entity, General Manager Liu Aiguo signed the 2025 Safety Production Responsibility Agreements with the leaders of all production entities. These agreements delineate the specific duties and targets of each unit in safety production, ensuring that safety responsibilities are systematically broken down and assigned to every post and every employee. This formal document embodies a profound sense of accountability, underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to safety in production, and provides a clear action guide for each unit to carry out its safety-related work.


Share experiences and build consensus on development
The leaders from each unit who signed the “Safety Production Responsibility Agreements” delivered statements. Drawing on the specific circumstances of their respective units, they shared valuable experiences in safety production, discussed the challenges they have encountered, and outlined corresponding solutions. They also formulated plans and set forth prospects for next year’s safety production efforts. These remarks not only provided a thorough review of past performance but also demonstrated forward-looking thinking about future work, offering new ideas and approaches to the company’s safety production initiatives and leaving all attendees with a deep sense of the leaders’ unwavering commitment to safety.

All members of the company’s Safety and Environmental Protection Department lined up in formation and solemnly took an oath. With resounding voices and unwavering gazes, they expressed their solemn commitment to safe production. Each line of the oath was firm and powerful, underscoring the Safety and Environmental Protection team’s steadfast conviction and determination to safeguard the company’s safe production practices.
A Message from Leadership, Guiding the Path Ahead
Vice General Manager Yu Guangyu delivered a speech: Looking back at 2024, the company achieved certain successes in safety and environmental protection thanks to the support of our leaders and colleagues; however, it was also a year marked by a challenging situation, particularly for traditional manufacturing, which faces such challenges as aging equipment and escalating safety risks.
In 2025, the company will closely align with its actual conditions to establish a safety culture system with Fuan’s distinctive characteristics, enhance its “hard capabilities” in safe production, ensure stable and orderly operations, and firmly uphold the safety bottom line. It will comprehensively establish and improve a company-wide safety production responsibility system, strengthen the duties of the “primary person in charge,” and promote a shift among employees from “being required to be safe” to “wanting to be safe.” At the same time, the company will intensify hazard identification and remediation as well as training efforts, rigorously enforce safety procedures, resolutely eliminate violations and non-compliance, and maintain a zero-tolerance approach throughout.
Executive Director Li Jing delivered a speech: In 2024, under the leadership of General Manager Liu Aiguo, we worked in unison and pressed forward with determination, achieving remarkable results in the field of safe production. We extend our full recognition and commendation to all production units.
At the same time, requirements were set forth for 2025 safety production work: we must strengthen safety culture building to foster a positive atmosphere in which everyone prioritizes safety and every task is conducted with safety as the top priority. We must also remain vigilant, continuously consolidate and enhance our level of safety production, and, with greater enthusiasm, a more rigorous approach, and more solid, practical work, create an even better safety environment that supports the company’s sustained development.
General Manager Liu Aiguo delivered a speech: Over the past year, we have achieved both successes and faced challenges in the field of work safety. To ensure the company’s sustained and healthy development, we must remain highly vigilant at all times, earnestly strengthen safety management, and resolutely prevent safety accidents. To this end, he put forward four requirements:
1. Strengthen safety awareness and improve the institutional framework: All departments shall conduct a comprehensive review of their safety management systems, identify and address gaps, clearly define responsibilities at all levels, and establish a robust accountability mechanism.
2. Strengthen on-site management to ensure compliant operations: Strictly adhere to operating procedures, eliminate unauthorized work practices, and require on-site supervisors to conduct frequent inspections and promptly address safety hazards.
3. Deepen risk assessment and monitoring: Establish and improve the risk assessment system, conduct comprehensive hazard inspections, develop targeted prevention and control measures, and issue timely alerts for emerging risks.
4. Strengthen the safety accountability chain: Leading cadres at all levels must fulfill their “dual-responsibility” obligation for their respective posts, and all departments should enhance collaboration to foster a positive environment in which every employee participates and assumes responsibility. We also call on all employees to take this meeting as an opportunity to align their thinking, reinforce their sense of responsibility and commitment, and treat workplace safety as the top priority for the company’s development, thereby jointly contributing to the company’s sustained, healthy, and stable growth.
The successful convening of this Safety Production Committee meeting has laid a solid foundation for Fuan Heavy Industry’s safety production efforts in 2025.
