[Company Highlights] 2024 Fuan Shares Annual Gala

On January 12, 2025, Fuan Shares held its grand Spring Festival Gala. Employee representatives and company leaders gathered in festive spirits, joined by members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, including Mu Jianhua, Lü Siqi, Zhang Yiyuan, Han Yuehai, Yin Chenyang, and other senior executives, who attended the event. The gala kicked off amid laughter and merriment.

To begin, all members watched the 2024 year-end summary video. The video provided an in-depth review and analysis of key areas such as market performance, production, technology, quality, and cost management. Despite a challenging and highly uncertain market environment in 2024, Fuan Shares remained true to its original mission, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and a spirit of innovation. Our team responded proactively to change with unwavering resolve, continuously expanding the boundaries of our business while deepening internal reforms to invigorate the organization, consolidate our strengths, and achieve remarkable results. In addition, clear plans were set for various operational targets for 2025, laying a solid foundation for sustained growth in the year ahead.

The achievements of 2024 are the result of the tireless efforts of every Fu’an employee. Throughout the course of advancing the company’s development, numerous outstanding individuals, exemplary work teams, and invincible groups have emerged. As role models in their respective fields, they have shone brightly, leveraging their professional expertise and unwavering perseverance to overcome countless challenges and deliver remarkable results that have significantly bolstered the company’s performance. Their exemplary conduct radiates a brilliant light: they work tirelessly, perform their duties with diligence and dedication, and forge ahead with courage and determination. In recognition of their year-long hard work and relentless pursuit of excellence, the company has specially conferred more than ten honors and awards upon top performers in their roles, advanced work teams, outstanding teams, sales champions, technical leaders, and model workers. These accolades are well-deserved rewards for their extraordinary contributions. It is precisely through their tireless dedication and diligent efforts that today’s dreams have been realized. Looking ahead, we are committed to working even harder and continuously scaling new heights.

The sustained development of an enterprise hinges on having an outstanding management team. At this conference, Document No. 1 for the 2025 appointment of managerial personnel was announced. These managers play a pivotal role in the company’s growth: they are responsible not only for formulating effective strategies and plans, designing efficient organizational structures and teams, and ensuring operational and execution efficiency, but also for fostering employee development and motivation, as well as cultivating and nurturing a pool of high-caliber young managerial talent.

These initiatives are the key drivers of the company’s sustained growth and progress. Looking ahead to the coming year, only with clear objectives and decisive action can we forge ahead with determination.

In 2025, the successful achievement of our goals and performance targets will depend on the concerted efforts of every one of our colleagues—especially the hard work on the production floor and our unwavering commitment to stringent quality control. Quality that gives our customers peace of mind, schedules that meet their expectations, cutting-edge casting, and world-class service—these are the shared aspirations and objectives that drive us forward. To this end, the General Manager has signed target responsibility agreements with each department. This single document embodies both trust and accountability. The representatives who have signed these agreements are now publicly declaring their resolve and commitments to the entire company, ensuring that every annual target and task is met head-on and paving the way for a new era of excellence at Fuan Heavy Industry!

New Year Message from General Manager Liu Aiguo: The past year has been of extraordinary significance in the development journey of Fuan Heavy Industry. Despite the complexity and severe challenges posed by the market environment, our team remained united in our goals and successfully achieved all our annual targets and performance indicators. Our production metrics, R&D and quality initiatives, market expansion efforts, and customer service all reached record highs. These remarkable achievements are the result of the tireless dedication of every Fuan employee who has quietly contributed in their respective roles over the past two decades. In 2025, we will face even greater challenges; however, with the collective and unwavering efforts of all Fuan employees, we are confident that we will overcome any obstacle. Looking ahead, each of us can be certain that tomorrow will be brighter.

Zhang Yiyuan, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, delivered a speech: In 2024, under the leadership of General Manager Liu Aiguo, all employees worked in close coordination and pressed forward with determination, achieving remarkable results. She extended her congratulations to those who were commended and to Fuan Heavy Industry for its outstanding contributions. She fully acknowledged and praised the company’s achievements in production and manufacturing, technological R&D, quality management, and other areas. At the same time, she provided guidance for deepening and enhancing efforts in specific niche segments in 2025. Finally, citing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s words—“With full hope, let us welcome the new year. May our motherland enjoy peace and prosperity, flourishing and thriving; may all our aspirations be fulfilled; may we all experience joy and long-lasting peace and stability”—she expressed her expectations and encouragement for Fuan Heavy Industry.

Vice Chairman Lü Siqi delivered a speech: First, he stated that all of the company’s performance targets have been fully achieved, with casting output value in particular far exceeding the targets set at the beginning of the year. He then commended the work of each department in 2024, praising the hard work and tireless efforts of every Fu’an employee and celebrating the achievements we have made this year. Looking ahead, although the foundry industry continues to face a challenging market environment, with the concerted efforts of us all, Fu’an Heavy Industry is sure to usher in an even brighter future! As Ren Zhengfei has said, “Put the strivers first and let those who deliver results shine.” The development of our heavy industry would be impossible without the dedication and perseverance of every one of our hardworking employees. In 2025, we will continue to uphold this spirit of striving and keep forging ahead!

Message from Chairman Mu Jianhua: In the just-concluded year of 2024, thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone, we successfully accomplished all our objectives and achieved outstanding results—both revenue and profit grew. During the annual gala, whether it was Chinese drumming, recitation, high-energy dance, or singing, the employees of Fuan showcased their exceptional talent and vibrant energy. On stage, their creativity and individuality were fully expressed and unleashed, turning passion into the driving force behind their dreams.

The children of Fuan employees, affectionately known as the “Fuan Little Angels,” delivered a performance that vividly embodied the company’s corporate culture, creating heartwarming and harmonious scenes that left a lasting impression on everyone. The final prize-draw segment then brought the atmosphere at the annual gala to a thrilling climax. All employees raised their glasses in celebration of the new year, collectively wishing for an even brighter future for Fuan Shares.
