During the research period, Chen Lvping and his team visited the core production workshops of the company, such as steel casting and machining, to investigate the operation of the high-end energy equipment casting production line, intelligent manufacturing transformation, and the implementation of labor protection for employees. They gained a detailed understanding of the company's technology research and development, product manufacturing, market layout, and new quality productivity cultivation progress in high-end steel castings in the fields of hydropower, thermal power and gas turbines, nuclear power, and other areas. At the production site, Chen Lvping had cordial exchanges with frontline workers, carefully inquiring about the working environment, salary and benefits, skill improvement, career development, and life security. He highly praised the craftsmanship spirit of all employees in Fu'an, who are committed to their positions, overcome difficulties, and strive for excellence, and extended sincere greetings and best wishes to everyone.
