Recently, Liaoning Fu'an Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. held the 2026 Technical Quality Improvement Conference, with the theme of "Building an Enterprise with Quality, Empowering Technology, and Building Excellence Together". The conference systematically reviewed and comprehensively reviewed various product quality accidents that occurred in 2025, deeply analyzed the root causes of accidents, and reviewed relevant experience and lessons learned. The conference focuses on the three strategic cores of "quality risk prevention and control", "technological process optimization", and "system capability enhancement", establishing a fundamental transformation path from "post rectification" to "pre prevention", aiming to comprehensively enhance the quality responsibility awareness of all employees and consolidate the foundation of enterprise technology and quality management.

The company's General Manager Liu Aiguo attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Vice General Manager Yu Guangyu, Chief Engineer Li Min, Executive Vice General Manager of Mechanical Processing Xu Yuguang, and key personnel from various related business sectors also attended the meeting together. At the meeting, Hong Yuexin, the head of the Quality Management Department, signed the Quality Target Responsibility Agreement (Quality Military Order) with various project quality management teams on behalf of the company for the new year. Representatives from each unit made statements to further strengthen the main responsibility for quality.  

The heads of the company's technology research and development department, quality management department, mechanical processing company, cast steel division, finished product division and other units, as well as personnel in the process and quality related positions, attended the meeting together.
