【 Company News 】 Fu'an Heavy Industry holds the first meeting of the 2026 Safety Committee

To anchor the goal of high-quality development of safety production and plan a new path for safety management in 2026, Liaoning Fu'an Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. held the first meeting of the 2026 Safety Production Committee on January 24, 2026. The workshop department heads, safety exemplary individual and relevant business backbones attended the meeting, with the theme of "keeping the bottom line, improving quality and efficiency, and seeking innovation", to discuss the safety development plan and gather consensus among all staff. Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection Qiu Zhijun presided over the meeting, and company leaders Liu Aiguo, Yu Guangyu, and Ju Yangyang attended the meeting and put forward work requirements.

At the beginning of the meeting, the work safety in 2025 was reviewed through video summary, and exemplary individual with outstanding work safety in 2025 were commended. During the meeting, General Manager Liu Aiguo and the heads of various production units solemnly signed the 2026 "Safety Production Responsibility Agreement" to further strengthen safety responsibilities at all levels. Each signing unit made statements in accordance with their own actual situation.

The meeting pointed out that the company's safety production work has achieved results in 2025, but 2026 is a crucial year for the company's transformation and upgrading, improving quality and efficiency. Doing a good job in safety work throughout the year is of great significance and responsibility. In 2026, the company will take "responsibility loop" as the core and strengthen its safety management responsibilities. To achieve the goal of "zero hidden dangers" and deepen special rectification in key areas. We must take "cultural soul casting" as the fundamental principle and build a strong ideological defense line for the safety of all employees.

The meeting emphasized that the company needs to further improve its safety management system, increase safety training efforts, enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and ensure the steady progress of safety production work throughout the year. Strictly implement the first person responsible for safety production in departments, workshops, and teams. Clarify job responsibilities at all levels and improve the accountability mechanism for "dereliction of duty accountability and due diligence exemption". Leaders at all levels should effectively fulfill the "dual responsibilities of one position", strengthen coordination and linkage among departments, and build a safety management pattern of "full participation, full responsibility, and full accountability". Comprehensively enhance the safety risk management awareness of safety management personnel at all levels, improve emergency rescue capabilities, and have the ability to discover hidden dangers and deal with risks; Deepen risk prevention and control, strengthen dynamic monitoring, establish a full process risk assessment system, comprehensively investigate various safety hazards, formulate precise prevention and control measures, and achieve early warning and disposal of new risks.

The successful convening of this safety committee meeting has laid a clear blueprint and solid foundation for safety production work in 2026.
