[Company Highlights] Celebrating the 103rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of Fuan Heavy Industry, and the Successful Convening of the Semi-Annual Work Performance Review Conference

On July 13, Fuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony to commemorate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to mark the company’s 20th anniversary. The event also served as a comprehensive review of the company’s performance in the first half of 2024.

During the meeting, the company’s top leaders, along with the heads of its subsidiaries and various departments, gathered to jointly celebrate this momentous occasion.

Throughout its journey, Fuan Heavy Industry has consistently upheld the sense of mission and responsibility of the Communist Party of China, steadfastly adhering to its core values of unwavering conviction, integrity, and relentless striving, thereby writing a remarkable chapter that lives up to the prime of life.

Party Secretary Mu Jianhua led the attending Party member representatives in reaffirming their Party oath, paying tribute to the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China!

General Manager Liu Aiguo first extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the leaders and delegates in attendance.

It was also pointed out that the past two decades have been a period of continuous growth and development for Fuan Heavy Industry. During this time, the company has grown from a small-scale enterprise into a player with considerable influence within the industry, a feat made possible by the hard work and ingenuity of every single employee. Over the years, we have persevered and thrived, steadily advancing with unwavering determination. Together, we watched a commemorative video produced in-house to mark the 20th anniversary of our company’s founding—a poignant journey through two decades of challenges and triumphs, of relentless pursuit and steadfast commitment. Every moment is worthy of remembrance, and every story is imbued with deep emotion. Through this video, we collectively relived the passion and dreams, the dedication and innovation that have defined these past 20 years, and revisited the glorious legacy of Fuan Heavy Industry over the past two decades.

Throughout our journey, no matter how daunting the challenges we have faced, the people of Fuan have remained steadfast and never retreated.

      Vice General Manager Yu Guangyu presented a detailed data report on the company’s performance in the first half of 2024. During this period, all key performance indicators for Fuan Heavy Industry were fully achieved. With more than half of the year and more than half of the annual targets already accomplished, several production metrics—including casting output value, completed-project output value, and shipment output value—reached new record highs compared with the same period last year. This not only brought a successful close to our first-half efforts but also laid a solid foundation for our continued drive in the second half of the year.

Throughout our journey, the development of Fuan Heavy Industry has been inseparable from the support and assistance of all our leaders. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every member of the Fuan family for 20 years of companionship and steadfast support. Together, we have weathered 20 years of challenges and triumphs, and together we have written the inspiring saga of our entrepreneurial journey.

Party Secretary Mu Jianhua: After watching the heartfelt two-minute retrospective film on Fuan Heavy Industry produced by the team, I was deeply moved and filled with profound reflection. Back in 2004, we made a substantial investment, determined to produce high-quality, high-value-added castings. After years of relentless effort, we have finally achieved the very outcome we had long aspired to.

The past 20 years have been a decade of relentless striving, self-improvement, and remarkable growth for Fuan. Particularly in recent years, amid intense market competition and stringent quality standards, under the leadership of our General Manager, our dedicated workforce has risen to every challenge, boldly broken new ground, pursued progress with determination, and embraced innovation—culminating in the achievements we enjoy today. We urge everyone to build on this momentum and continue writing the next chapter in Fuan Heavy Industry’s century-long legacy.

Li Shijun: Today is a truly special day. I spent seven years at Fuan, and now it’s been another seven years since I left—my heart is filled with profound emotions. Especially during the challenging times of the pandemic and the broader economic downturn, Fuan Heavy Industry not only maintained but actually increased its output value. This demonstrates that, under the leadership of our General Manager, the team at Fuan Heavy Industry has achieved an unprecedented level of cohesion, truly embodying a model in which systems govern people, procedures govern tasks, and culture nurtures the spirit. As we look back on countless days and nights of hard work, countless difficult decisions, and countless moments of triumph, I urge everyone to keep striving with dedication and determination, to forge ahead with vigor and strength. Finally, I wish each of you happiness and fulfillment during your time at Fuan.

Vice Chairman Lü Siqi: First, he conveyed Founder Mr. Lü Shiping’s deep affection for and boundless pride in Fuan Heavy Industry, as well as his high recognition of everyone’s long-standing, tireless efforts and outstanding performance.

The Vice Chairman emphasized that every achievement of Fuan today is no accident—it stems from the team’s sincere collaboration, its relentless pursuit of quality, and its continuous breakthroughs in technological innovation and adherence to high standards. In this process, special praise was given to Fuan Heavy Industry’s management team: under the leadership of the General Manager, this team is not only highly capable of execution but also a group of dedicated practitioners driven by a spirit of perseverance. Despite the market environment in recent years falling short of expectations, the company has achieved a remarkable leap in performance and cultivated a corporate culture characterized by positivity, ambition, and a strong sense of responsibility.

        During the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Lü Siqi unveiled the 20th-anniversary commemorative medal she had personally designed. The medal encapsulates Fuan Heavy Industry’s two decades of development and embodies the spirit of striving to revitalize China’s national industry.

Today, we gather to share the joy of Fuan Heavy Industry’s 20th anniversary, to savor the happiness of a new year and new beginnings, and to look forward together to a new journey and a new vision. In our hearts, “development” has become our sole obsession, and “shared success” is our only goal. Above all, “customer first” must be concretely implemented in every aspect of our work.
