At the beginning of the conference, an annual summary video led all Fu'an people to revisit the journey of struggle in 2025. From the exploration of market frontiers to breakthroughs in technological fields, from perseverance beside the furnace to tackling challenges on the production line, from quality assurance to equipment safety and environmental stability maintenance, and to the full commitment of every functional department, every boiling furnace of steel water stirred the blood of Fu'an people, and every molded casting engraved the responsibility of Fu'an people. Hard work pays off, and progress creates brilliance. At the meeting, the company announced the 2026 cadre appointment document, with a new round of cadre appointment adjustments, laying a solid management foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Amidst the warm applause from the audience, the General Manager and the heads of eight departments, including the Market Operation Department, Steel Casting Business Department, Finished Product Business Department, Mechanical Processing Workshop, Quality Management Department, Technology Research and Development Department, Production Planning Department, and Equipment and Energy Management Department, signed the 2026 annual target responsibility certificates in turn. The conference solemnly commended outstanding employees, excellent teams, sales champions, and technological pioneers. Representatives of outstanding employees, including Zuo Kun from the Steel Casting Business Department, Wang Lei from the Finished Product Business Department, Fan Yewei from the Boring Machine Team of the Machining Company, Zhao Bin from the Technology Research and Development Department, and Lin Jinghao from the Quality Management Department, took the stage in turn to share their perseverance and insights in plain words, conveying the spirit of Fu'an people's down-to-earth and courageous pursuit of excellence, which resonated with the audience.

Liu Aiguo, the general manager of the company, delivered an important speech, comprehensively reviewing the achievements and shortcomings of the work in 2025, deeply analyzing the industry development trends, and systematically deploying the strategic tasks for 2026. 2. Cost control objectives: Establish a cost management system featuring "full participation, full process coverage, and full data support" to achieve collaborative optimization of costs across the entire chain, and seek benefits from management and efficiency.

3. Quality improvement goal: Adhere to the concept of "craftsmanship creates excellence", strengthen supply chain quality collaboration, improve manufacturing quality evaluation mechanisms, establish the "Fu'an Quality" brand, and implement "quality co-insurance and responsibility sharing" between upstream and downstream.

4. Delivery guarantee objective: Adhering to the principles of "rapid response and efficient fulfillment", we aim to break down departmental information barriers, achieve seamless integration throughout the entire order process, and ensure zero delivery delays while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
