【 News Report 】 Shinohara, Executive Director of Japan Earth Technology Co., Ltd., visited Fu'an Heavy Industry with his procurement team, reached a strategic consensus, and embarked on a new journey of cooperation.

On October 15-16, 2025, a visiting team of six people from Japan Earth Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Earth Technology") and Seimoto Railway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Seimoto") went to Fukuan Heavy Industry for in-depth exchanges.

This visit marks the first implementation of the annual mutual visit mechanism established by both sides in July this year, adding strong impetus to deepening cooperation. The Earth Technology team is led by Executive Director Maki Shinohara, and its members include Procurement Department Director Junichi Kashiwara, Production Planning Department member Shinichi Shimanomaki, and Quality Assurance Department Director Masashi Saito; The Seimoto team is composed of the head of the sales department, Shinyu Furukawa, and the deputy general manager of Dalian Seimoto Railway Engineering, Ryota Shimokawa.

The Earth Technology team's visit this time conducted a comprehensive and in-depth on-site evaluation of Fu'an Heavy Industry, focusing on key aspects such as the current product status, production capacity level, manufacturing process, and quality control capabilities. The aim is to lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive deepening of future strategic cooperation between the two parties.

Fu'an Heavy Industry attaches great importance to this important visit. The company's general manager Liu Aiguo, deputy general manager Yu Guangyu, as well as the heads of core functional departments such as quality management, technology research and development, marketing, and production, had multiple rounds of effective and in-depth exchanges with visiting customer teams. A constructive dialogue was held around the two core issues of "reserving production capacity" and "maintaining quality stability" for Fu'an Heavy Industry in response to the Earth's technological requirements. Consensus was reached not only on key cooperation directions, but also on this basis, a clear cooperation vision for 2026 was jointly planned.

Accompanied by Vice General Manager Yu Guangyu, leaders from Earth Technology and Qingben Company visited production sites such as the Machinery Processing Company, Steel Casting Division, and Finished Products Division, as well as national certified physical and chemical laboratories, to comprehensively assess the company's comprehensive capabilities in product status, production capacity layout, production processes, and quality control.

During the visit, the Japanese team highly praised the manufacturing strength and management level of Fu'an Heavy Industry. After visiting, Mr. Shen Yuan, Executive Director of Earth Technology, expressed that through on-site inspections, he has gained a more intuitive understanding of the hard power of Fu'an Heavy Industry in equipment capabilities, process levels, and project management. He particularly recognizes the spirit of excellence demonstrated by the company in detail management. The Japanese team further pointed out that Fu'an Heavy Industry's pursuit of quality and standardized management have strengthened their willingness to deepen cooperation in the future, and expressed their willingness to promote the implementation of more product manufacturing projects.

This exchange significantly enhanced the strategic mutual trust between the two sides and outlined a clear development path for long-term cooperation. Standing at a new starting point, both sides will uphold the concept of mutual trust, mutual learning, and common development, work together to create a broad situation of win-win cooperation, and write a new chapter for the long-term development of the cause.
