On March 9, Fuan Heavy Industry Mechanical Processing Company held the 2024 Technical and Quality Work Promotion Meeting. Liu Aiguo, General Manager of Fuan Heavy Industry, based on the 2023 technical and quality performance of the Machining Company, put forward specific requirements for the company’s technical and quality work in 2024:

All employees need to shift their mindset, demonstrate initiative, and integrate the principle of “enhancing quality and reducing costs” into every aspect of their work, thereby boosting economic performance and continuously driving the company’s development.

The subsequent process oversees the preceding process—this ensures quality control and safeguards the market. We must maintain a high-pressure stance toward behaviors such as shirking responsibility, irresponsibility, and falsification. Zero Tolerance 。

Third, “Technology First, Quality Paramount, Customer Supreme”    Process First , quality must be ensured and costs reduced in process design; Quality is the red line. , it is essential to rigorously control quality while emphasizing “Without good quality, there can be no good products; without good products, there can be no good contracts.” By delivering world-class products and uncompromising quality, we will earn customers’ trust and build a leading brand and market presence.

Administrative Director Li Jing set forth requirements for the machining company’s operational targets, corporate publicity, and talent development: “Even fragrant wine fears a deep alley”—the company must learn to leverage new media to showcase its strengths in both hard and soft capabilities and thereby enhance its brand visibility; it should continuously strengthen talent development through approaches such as “mentoring by experienced staff” and “assigning specialized tasks to specialists”; and it must foster unity across all levels of the organization to consistently improve the company’s management and operational capabilities and achieve the annual business targets agreed upon with the parent group.

Pan Changyi, General Manager of the Machining Company, on 2 Specific requirements were set forth for the new product development efforts of the machining company in 2024 and for how each department is to achieve the company’s established objectives.

At the meeting, the Process Engineering Department and the Quality Assurance Department of the Machining Company presented reports on their 2023 performance and challenges, as well as their work plans for 2024. In addition, employee representatives from the Process Engineering Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the machining workshops, and several key process steps delivered statements—based on the specific characteristics of their respective roles—on how to enhance product quality, reduce operating costs, and improve production efficiency in 2024.
