【 Industry News 】 Fu'an Shares Debuts at the 2025 Northeast Asia International Casting and Hot Processing Exhibition

The 2025 Northeast Asia International Foundry and Hot Processing Exhibition and the 23rd China International Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo will be held simultaneously at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center on September 1st. Liaoning Fu'an Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. won the "High Quality Casting" award at the exhibition with its independently developed "Ultra Wide Gauge Heavy Freight Locomotive Bogie". This award not only demonstrates the technological strength and innovative leading position of the company in the casting field at home and abroad, but also fully confirms the firm determination and development prospects of Fu'an Heavy Industry's strategic transformation towards high-end equipment and intelligent equipment.
  
This wide gauge truck frame is a high-end casting product specially developed by Fu'an Heavy Industry for Brazil's freight system. The track gauge reaches 2184.4 millimeters, which is 36% higher than the standard wide gauge. It has a maximum axle load of 35 tons, a braking heat capacity of 180 megajoules, and an ultra long design life of 20 years/2 million kilometers. All technical indicators are at the leading level of similar international products. The product is made of AAR M-201 Grade B material and achieves a technological fusion of high precision, high strength, and reliability through precision casting technology and strict quality control system.

In the past decade, Fu'an Heavy Industry has successfully developed various models in this field, such as "steerable truck frame", "40KTE bogie" and "G1/G2 bogie". The company has achieved multiple breakthroughs in the overall casting technology of freight locomotive bogies, including innovative technologies such as space partition extension design, special pouring process and dedicated anti deformation tooling, effectively overcoming industry technical bottlenecks such as thin-walled filling, structural deformation and internal quality control. The products have passed multiple non-destructive testing and performance tests such as UT, MT, RT, and all indicators are superior to customer technical specifications and international standards.
  
This award is the second time that Fu'an Heavy Industry has gained authoritative recognition in the industry after providing high-end bogie products to countries such as the United States and Australia and winning multiple domestic and international awards. At present, the company holds 45 patents (including 22 invention patents) and has obtained multiple international certifications such as the American Association of Railways (AAR), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Japan Maritime Association (NK), and Lloyd's Register (LR). Its products are exported to many countries and regions around the world.
