【 News Report 】 Leaders from the Steam Turbine Department of Toshiba Corporation's Keihama Business Unit visited Fu'an Heavy Industry to deepen cooperation between the two sides!

From May 11th to May 12th, 2025, a delegation of four people, including Anshi Ohishi, the head of the Steam Turbine Department at Toshiba Jingbang Business Unit, Masaki Matsunaga, the head of the Dispatch Department, Wu Yibing, the head of the Toshiba (Shanghai) Power System Procurement Department, and Liu Yun, the procurement department manager, visited Fu'an Heavy Industry. Since the establishment of our partnership in 2006, we have been working together for 19 years. This visit is not only a review and summary of the cooperation process, but also an in-depth exploration and strategic dialogue on future cooperation.

During the meeting, Liu Aiguo, General Manager of Fu'an Heavy Industry, warmly welcomed the visit of leaders from Toshiba Corporation. He emphasized, "Over the past 19 years, Toshiba has provided strong support to Fu'an Heavy Industry in various aspects such as technological innovation, process optimization, and quality control. This mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation model has become a model of manufacturing cooperation between China and Japan

Accompanied by Vice General Manager Yu Guangyu, the leaders of Toshiba visited the workshops of Fu'an Heavy Industry Machining Company, Steel Casting Division, and Finished Product Division, as well as the nationally certified physical and chemical laboratory. During the visit, Toshiba highly praised Fu'an's independently developed precision machining system, full process quality traceability system, and industry-leading testing capabilities. Minister Matsunaga specifically pointed out, "Fukuan's breakthroughs in high-end manufacturing transformation in recent years have been impressive, and its stable delivery capabilities and excellent product quality have been highly praised by Toshiba

During the on-site inspection of the Fu'an factory, Minister Dashi highly appreciated the processing and casting capabilities, emphasizing that "Fu'an's hardware foundation and mass production strength have laid a solid foundation for cooperation. Minister Wu Yibing specifically pointed out, "Against the backdrop of the global manufacturing landscape transformation, Toshiba looks forward to deepening collaborative innovation with strategic partners like Fu'an and jointly building a more resilient industrial ecosystem

The visit of the Toshiba team not only deepened mutual understanding and trust between the two companies, further consolidated the foundation of nearly 20 years of cooperation, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation and development, conducted in-depth communication on business cooperation, and reached consensus. At the same time, both sides have injected strong momentum into the deep cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing and green energy fields, with technology research, industry integration, and ecological co construction as the core!
