To solemnly celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee and Trade Union of Fuan Heavy Industry convened a grand thematic conference. All Party members, cadres, and employee representatives gathered together to pay tribute to this momentous occasion with unshakable初心, to move forward with steadfast resolve through concrete action, and to rally the mighty force driving the enterprise’s high-quality development.

Reaffirm the Party oath and remain true to our original aspiration and mission.
　　Solemn vows reflect our original aspirations, and unwavering sincerity carries our mission. All Party members rose in solemn silence and, led by Board Secretary Qin Shuai, solemnly reaffirmed their oath of admission to the Party: “I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China…” The resolute and powerful words echoed throughout the hall, each phrase weighty with meaning and deeply resonant. This was not merely a ritual of remembrance; it was also a rigorous test of thought and a heartfelt revisiting of our founding ideals. Once again, all Party members reflected on their original aspirations, strengthened their convictions, and, whether on the production frontlines, in tackling tough challenges, or in serving the public, they stepped forward as pioneers and set exemplary standards—shouldering with the responsibility of Party members the vital task of driving the enterprise’s development.

Retrace the red legacy and draw strength to forge ahead.
　　The century-long history of the Party is the finest textbook, and the red spirit is an inexhaustible source of motivation. At the conference, a special study session titled “Red Memories” was organized, during which all participants watched red-themed documentaries, revisiting the Party’s glorious century-long journey and deeply appreciating the noble spirit of our forebears—marked by arduous struggle and selfless dedication. Drawing lessons from history enables us to understand rise and fall; applying what we learn to our work ensures steady progress and long-term success.

Passing on the torch to strengthen the ranks, while exemplary role models guide the prevailing ethos.
　　The conference duly completed the procedure for converting probationary Party members to full members. Comrades Zhu Lianghao, Wang Danyang, and Xu Xiaoyu were unanimously approved by vote and officially became full Party members as scheduled. Young Party member representative Wang Danyang took the stage to share her reflections on personal growth. Following this, an awards ceremony was held to recognize outstanding individuals and teams: the Casting Process Team, the Animal Inspection Team, and Machine Tool No. 3 of CNC Unit 160 were honored as Party Member Vanguard Posts, and nine exemplary Communist Party members were commended—namely, Guo Yingying, Kang Desheng, and Liu Ke from the Administrative Party Branch; Xu Dan and Cui Xu from the Technical Quality Party Branch; Zhang Jixin and Pi Junchang from the Production Party Branch; and Wang Shuai and Zhong Qi from the Fuan Machinery Party Branch. The event called on all employees to benchmark against these role models and strive to learn from, emulate, and surpass them.

The trade union report comprehensively reviewed the year’s activities, summarizing achievements in serving employees, fostering unity, enriching their lives, safeguarding their rights and interests, and supporting production and development. It also outlined a commitment to continue prioritizing service-oriented functions, harnessing the collective strength of all staff through caring, employee‑centric initiatives, and ensuring the enterprise’s steady growth. The Party Committee report systematically assessed the company’s annual accomplishments in Party building, set forth key priorities for the next phase, and reaffirmed the guiding principle that high‑quality Party building underpins high‑quality development. It emphasized strengthening the grassroots Party‑building foundation and promoting the deep integration of Party‑building efforts with production and operations, ensuring they advance in concert and achieve synergistic results.

　　Company leader, General Manager Li Jing, delivered a speech, commending the achievements of Party building, trade union work, and the company’s collective efforts. In light of industry trends and operational realities, she called for integrating Party building with innovation, strengthening skills and environmental awareness through the trade union, and translating these initiatives into concrete results by developing clear action plans. She also emphasized establishing an integrated “Party Building + Production” development model to align the company’s growth with national strategic priorities and achieve mutual benefits.
