[Company Highlights] Comrade Chen Lüping and a delegation from the Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress and the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Visited Fuan Shares for Research and to Extend Condolences to Frontline Employees

　　On April 2, 2026, Chen Lüping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress, as well as Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to Liaoning Fuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fuan Shares”) for an on-site inspection and guidance. Accompanying the delegation were Wei Hongjiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Pan Xinyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Anshan Municipal People’s Congress, as well as Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; and other relevant officials. The delegation visited the production front lines, warmly greeted and extended condolences to the broad workforce, and conveyed the care and warmth of the Party committee, the government, and trade union organizations. Leaders of Anshan City, heads of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, as well as Lü Shiping, Chairman of Fuan Holdings, and Liu Aiguo, General Manager of Fuan Heavy Industry, also accompanied the inspection.

　　During the field visit, Chen Lüping and his delegation toured the company’s core production workshops, including the steel casting and machining facilities, to examine the operation of high-end energy equipment casting production lines, the progress of smart manufacturing upgrades, and the implementation of employee occupational safety and health measures. They gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s R&D efforts, product manufacturing, market deployment, and initiatives to foster new drivers of productivity in the development of high-end steel castings for hydropower, thermal power gas turbines, nuclear power, and other sectors. At the production sites, Chen Lüping engaged in cordial conversations with frontline workers, carefully inquiring about working conditions, compensation and benefits, skills development, career advancement, and living support. He highly commended the spirit of craftsmanship demonstrated by all employees of Fuan—their dedication to their posts, their ability to overcome challenges, and their commitment to continuous improvement—and extended sincere greetings and best wishes to everyone.

　　Lv Shiping, Chairman of Fuan Holdings, provided a detailed briefing to the research delegation on Fuan Shares’ development journey, core technological strengths, industrial transformation and upgrading, and future strategic plans. As a national high-tech enterprise and a key domestic player in the production of large-scale cast steel components for high-end equipment, the company has long been deeply engaged in the manufacturing of core components for energy equipment, successfully overcoming numerous critical technical challenges and process bottlenecks in the industry. Its products are widely used in major energy projects both domestically and internationally. Currently, the company is comprehensively advancing its transformation toward intelligent and green operations, actively expanding into emerging fields such as pumped-storage hydropower, nuclear power, and new-energy equipment, and continuously enhancing its core competitiveness.

　　Chen Lüping fully commended Fuan Shares for its longstanding commitment to the real economy, deep cultivation of its core business, and steadfast pursuit of innovation-driven development. He pointed out that equipment manufacturing is a vital cornerstone of Liaoning’s revitalization, and that, as a private high-end manufacturing enterprise, Fuan Shares should firmly embrace the path of high-quality development, continuously increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, strengthen efforts to master critical core technologies, and constantly enhance the added value of its products and market share. In doing so, the company should play an even greater role in supporting the national “dual carbon” strategy and achieving new breakthroughs in Liaoning’s comprehensive revitalization. He emphasized that enterprises must always put their employees at the center, effectively safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, continually improve their working and living conditions, vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, pool the wisdom and strength of all employees, and achieve shared growth between the enterprise and its workforce.
