On April 16, 2026, Harbin Electric Machinery Plant Co., Ltd. convened its 2026 Supply Chain Conference, at which Liaoning Fuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was honored with the “On-Time Performance Supplier” award in the cast-steel components category, in recognition of its robust delivery assurance capabilities and consistent on-time performance. Wang Gui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Harbin Electric Machinery Plant Co., Ltd., along with Executive Deputy General Manager Li Jing, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Wang Yuyan, Deputy General Manager Sun Naiming, and other company leaders, attended the conference, delivered remarks, and presented the awards to the winning organizations. Yu Guangyu, Deputy General Manager of Fuan Heavy Industry; Zhao Xinchun, Head of the Marketing Department; and Cui Qiming, Project Manager, also participated in the event. Deputy General Manager Yu Guangyu delivered a speech on behalf of the supplier and accepted the award.
Fuan Heavy Industry would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., and is deeply honored to be recognized as a benchmark enterprise in the “on-time delivery” performance category.

To ensure on-time product delivery, Fuan Heavy Industry has established a three-pronged delivery assurance system centered on “quality-driven enterprise development, technology empowerment, and end-to-end production collaboration,” thereby solidifying the foundation for on-time delivery across the following three dimensions:
First, we will steadfastly build the enterprise on quality. Adhering to the philosophy that “quality is life,” the company proactively advances quality control to the design and process stages, implementing a robust system of professional process reviews and detailed handover briefings to identify and eliminate potential risks at the source. At the same time, stringent in-process quality control and rigorous in-house self-inspections conducted to the highest standards ensure that every product meets quality specifications, thereby preventing delivery delays caused by quality issues.
Second, strengthen technology-driven empowerment. The company has established a dedicated technical task force to implement comprehensive, cross-disciplinary, cost-effective process solutions, conduct ongoing post-mortem analyses of product quality, and optimize process flows and standardized operating procedures. In addition, the company is actively advancing front-loaded development of new products, completing process development ahead of schedule to effectively shorten the overall manufacturing cycle and provide robust technical support for on-time delivery.
Third, promote end-to-end collaboration across the entire production chain. The company has optimized the MPP process flow and clearly defined the responsibilities and boundaries of each department to ensure that production activities proceed in an orderly manner according to plan. By leveraging ERP and MES systems, the company has achieved digital empowerment, enabling real-time synchronization of production requirements with process standards, implementing granular management of production milestones, and achieving precise end-to-end control to guarantee the execution of the production plan.
Relying on this assurance system, Fuan Heavy Industry has maintained an on-time delivery rate of over 98.8% for its cast-steel components over the past three years, earning multiple written commendations and special awards from Harbin Electric Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. This recognition not only affirms Fuan Heavy Industry’s contract-performance capabilities but also serves as a testament to the long-standing mutual trust and deep collaboration between the two parties.

During this conference, the Fuan team participated throughout the main plenary sessions, specialized sub-forums, and enterprise exhibition hall tours, gaining an in-depth understanding of Harbin Electric Motor’s 2026 supply-chain strategy, quality-control system, process standards, and digitalization initiatives. This experience further clarified the direction for future collaboration and identified key areas for improvement.
Looking ahead, Fuan Heavy Industry will continue to focus on enhancing its core competencies, increase investment in areas such as R&D for green manufacturing technologies, and work closely with Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. to strengthen the industrial value chain and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. Together, the two companies will build a domestic ecosystem for high-end equipment supply chains, thereby making a greater contribution to the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
