Project Manager
Job Description:
1. Internal and External Communication
The main contents include: business liaison, technical liaison, change liaison, process liaison, additional liaison on constraints, NCR reporting and handling liaison, witnessed joint inspection liaison, shipment liaison, technical exchange coordination, and QA meeting coordination, among others.

• Organize pre-event discussions to establish order-placement prerequisites

5. Process Change Matters/Information Communication
6. Monitor production progress and quality status, and submit reports to clients on schedule.
7. Chair the “Fuan Customer Progress/Quality Regular Meeting” (as per the agreed schedule, e.g., once every two weeks).
Main contents: Periodic confirmation of the progress status, schedule assurance, quality status of each product; exchange of NCR handling measures (if any); coordination of the sequence and timing of witnessed joint inspections; shipment dates; and communication on special matters, among others.
8. Plan and chair the “Fuan–Customer Project Management Exchange Meeting,” the “Fuan–Customer Project Review Meeting,” and the QA Meetings, which are convened on an irregular basis according to agreed-upon schedules. The purpose of organizing these exchange meetings, review meetings, and QA sessions is to gain a clear understanding of the project status, summarize lessons learned, implement improvements, enhance mutual understanding, and facilitate the sharing and cross-learning of specialized skills and management expertise in areas such as technology, quality, production, and inspection. Through these efforts, we aim to achieve smoother production processes, higher product quality, more harmonious and efficient collaboration, more reliable project timelines, greater customer confidence, and more enjoyable and long-lasting partnerships.
9. Responsible for liaising with the supervision personnel, receiving the client’s supervision mandate letters submitted by the supervision personnel, and organizing the initial coordination meeting involving the supervision personnel and relevant stakeholders from Fuan Quality Inspection, Production, Testing, Workshops, and other departments.
10. Performance of other duties related to client project management.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a full-time program; under 35 years of age.
2. Major in English or Japanese (TEM-8 in English, JLPT N1 in Japanese; fluency in spoken English is preferred)
3. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; works diligently and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility.
