Ansteel Heavy Machinery Vacuum-Driven 20 t/h Gas-Fired Backup Boiler Project
On November 5, 2012, our institute entered into a contract with Angang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. for the design and construction of a vacuum-assisted standby 20 t/h gas-fired boiler project. The project covers a site area of 330.75 square meters and has a total building area of 479.25 square meters.
This project marks our institute’s first turnkey boiler contract. The boiler house is a single-story building with a concrete frame structure, featuring an eave height of 9.2 meters; the annexed fan room has an eave height of 7.15 meters. The auxiliary building is a three-story frame structure with an eave height of 17 meters. Our institute has now completed the design of the boiler unit and its associated equipment, obtained all necessary approvals, and is working closely with the construction team to resolve on-site issues, thereby ensuring both schedule adherence and construction quality.
The general contracting design for this project has laid the foundation for our institute to undertake similar boiler EPC projects in the future.
