Fangda Jinhua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. boiler induced draft fan, dust collector, chimney anti-corrosion transformation EPC general contracting project

　　This project is a supporting project of the desulfurization and denitration project of Fangda Jinhua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. It mainly includes: 180-meter high concrete chimney anticorrosion project; 4#, 5# furnace supporting centrifugal induced draft fan upgrade project; 4# furnace electrostatic dust removal project Equipment 1 electric field maintenance, 2-4 electric field removal and transformation into a bag filter project, EPC general contracting project for design, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning.

　　The project officially started on August 30, 2014, and the trial operation ended on December 25 and was fully completed. The equipment runs stably, the PLC control system is flexible, and the action is accurate. All indicators have reached the technical requirements. The third-party monitoring result of the dust content of the electric bag composite dust collector is 5.63mg/Nm3, which is far lower than the contract stipulated ≤ 30mg/Nm3 standard.
