Poverty-Alleviation Photovoltaic Power Station Project
A key poverty-alleviation project in Anshan City and Xiuyan County involves the construction of two 60-kilowatt photovoltaic power stations in Shanjuzi Village and Xujiacun Village, Sanjiazi Town, Xiuyan County. The project is funded with over RMB 900,000 by Fuan Holdings and is being undertaken on a turnkey basis by our institute, covering everything from feasibility studies and design to construction and operational training. After a month of intensive work, the project was completed and connected to the grid for power generation at the end of June 2017, operating smoothly ever since. To date, it has generated over 66,100 kilowatt-hours of electricity, increasing the net income of the two village collectives by more than RMB 58,000, which has been used to provide relief to impoverished households and fund collective welfare programs, earning widespread praise from villagers.
