Product Description
Phase II EPC Project for Desulfurization and Denitrification of Coke Oven Flue Gas at Anshan Shengmeng Coal Gasification Co., Ltd.
Anshan Shengmeng Coal Gasification Co., Ltd. previously operated two 2×5.5 m side-charging, tamping coke ovens, with a process flow comprising SCR (selective catalytic reduction) combined with a GGH heat exchanger and wet desulfurization using the limestone–gypsum wet method. Due to the tightening of national environmental protection policies, the existing process can no longer meet the requirements set forth in the “Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-Low Emissions in the Iron and Steel Industry” (Huan Da Qi [2019] No. 35). Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the original desulfurization and denitrification system and integrate the flue gas from the dry quenching coke pre-storage section into the coke oven flue gas (with a dedicated interface for dry quenching coke flue gas reserved).
The process flow for this technical upgrade is as follows: recovery via the existing flue-gas waste-heat boiler, SDS sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization, baghouse dust collection, SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitrification (retrofit of existing equipment), and recovery via a clean-flue-gas waste-heat boiler (with provision for future expansion).
