Shenhua Mengxi Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Coking Plant No. 1 Coke Oven Flue Gas Denitration EPC General Contracting Project

      The first coking plant of Shenhua Mengxi Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. has two original 4.3-meter 50-hole tamping coke ovens, with an annual output of 700,000 tons of coke. All of them adopt the method of reheating the gas produced by the coke oven. The amount of waste gas generated after the gas combustion is about 150000Nm3/h, the exhaust gas temperature of the total flue of the coke oven is 280-310°C, and the two coke ovens share a 95-meter chimney for direct emission. The sulfur dioxide emitted by the original flue gas is 250-350mg/m3, the nitrogen oxide is 550-650mg/m3, and the particulate matter is below 50mg/m3. In order to further reduce flue gas nitrogen oxide emissions, a new set of coke oven flue exhaust gas denitrification equipment was built.

       This project adopts the EPC general contracting method. The project content includes: safety evaluation, construction drawing design, fire protection design, construction, procurement and supply, installation, commissioning, trial production and operation of the 700,000 tons coke oven flue gas denitrification device of the first coking plant. Technical service and training, environmental protection acceptance, safety acceptance, fire protection acceptance, etc.
