The signed contracts exceeded the six-month target; In terms of production and operation, various units have significantly improved their operational efficiency by optimizing management processes and strengthening process control, achieving the goal of "more than half the time and more than half the task" in casting output value, completion output value, and sales output value; In terms of technological innovation, as a national high-tech enterprise, Fu'an Heavy Industry has continued to increase its R&D investment, with a significant year-on-year increase in R&D expenses in the first half of the year. Multiple R&D projects have made breakthrough progress: semi integral casting wheels have been developed and manufactured; Breakthrough in overall casting technology for upper crown and lower ring; Realize deep processing and finished product delivery of external cylinders for domestic and foreign customers; Continuous optimization has been achieved for the production of two types of blades and other products. The above achievements provide a solid guarantee for product iteration and upgrading, quality control, cost optimization, and schedule control. The achievements in various fields fully demonstrate the strong momentum of high-quality development of the enterprise.
  
The meeting pointed out that the overall operation of the company maintained a steady development trend in the first half of the year, with excellent performance in business data, achieving "more than half of the time and more than half of the task" in various indicators, orderly promotion of key work, meeting expectations in business indicators, and continuous improvement in management efficiency, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual target tasks. When General Manager Liu Aiguo deployed the work for the second half of the year, he emphasized the need to promote three key tasks: firstly, expanding the company's production capacity is the top priority of current production and operation work. Efforts should be made to expand production capacity through measures such as tapping internal production capacity and improving work efficiency, collaborating with external resources to expand, implementing reasonable technological upgrades and investments, etc; Secondly, it is necessary to deeply reflect on quality warning cases, innovate traditional management models, resolutely prevent the outflow of product quality problems, fully create high-quality projects, and continuously enhance customer trust; Thirdly, initiate a feasibility study on the comprehensive transformation of the company towards digitalization and intelligent manufacturing.
